Yesterday's training was hiong. CHIONGGG. Scary. Our coach was changed, therefore, the sudden scariness. Felt tired but happy in the end. (: Can't skip on one leg though. Retarded slow legs. Takes them like 1 second later to realise they have to jump over the rope. Got caned in the end. >.<

P.E. was sucky. Missed 15 minutes of recess because of the mock Napfa. Got punished for being late by doing 10 push-ups. We didn't even know that we were going to do the 5 items can! We thought we were running. TOOT LA.

I have many many drafts but I never posted them cos I was multi-tasking and did not finish the posts in the end. HMM. Since I have so much time now, I shall go post them later (:

Slept at 10.30 yesterday and woke up automatically at 3:18am. I think my body is nuts. Going to holland v. to do surveys. Then gonna chiong to French.

Today seemed short cos we were rushing most of the time. First to com lab then to canteen, physics lab, com lab again and classroom (:
I don't like PCCG. Admin stuff is lame cos we would just be stoning there. Not that I don't wanna suggest anything, but I think they wouldn't be done anyway. Having the rule where people have to pay 50 cents when duty isn't done is abit pathetic cos I bet nobody will pay up. -.-

Bizlab was sucky today. Couldn't remember a shit and caused our team to lose. DAMNIT. I feel shitty cos they waited for me. ARGHHH.

Ugh. I'm feeling super tired. This is what happens when you have been a potato couch for like 2 months and finally, YOU ARE ALIVE AND FINALLY KICKING! Skipping 200 times is like so damn difficult now. Used to do about 300-500 in the past, easily completing the first 100. Now it's draining off ALL my energy.

LA Lecture was ok luh. Except for the fact that I HATE TEACHERS SKIPPING PARTS OF A MOVIE. Just because we are studying war poems doesn't mean that the dark side of wars must be shown. The teacher practically showed us the GROSS parts whereby rats surround the corpses and dead bodies were strewn all over the place. Practically thrown in a big BIG hole. Full of mud.
The movie was super old. OLDDDD. And erm, the photographer's not that good. ...

HAIIX. Maths was as crazy as usual. Learning college maths in US. Indices are only taught in college in US!! What the hell? I think I gonna fail my indices. Don't understand a toot.

Training was ok (: Had a team talk with the juniors. They didn't talk back, good (: hee. I don't recall talking back to my seniors when I was a junior anyway. Did some lay-ups and ball-handling. The first two or three months is always slacking....
THEN HELL COMES.

I'm blogging in the school library while waiting for time to pass. Having french lessons later.... zZz
The school library is packed with many year sixes, and of course it isn't a library. IT IS DAMN NOISY HERE. And I'm beside two girls who can't talk softly. A chair away. So they can't really read what I type or bash me up.
Chinese people, judging from their accent. And I bet a Chinese just used this computer cos everything in the browser was in Chinese. Ok, not EVERYTHING, just the google frontpage. Had to change it to English. Chinese is just so difficult to read can.

Today was shit. School sucks. First day of school always suck. I'm down with flu and a slight fever. Ok, slight one, that's what I think but Teri, Sing Rue and Yvon said that I don't have fever. But I feel feverish neh. How? Nevermind, I'm still going to attend school. (: Gonna support the seniors tomorrow, versusing Ngee Ann. So excited and looking forward towards it. I hope they win though (: Then we enter the second round. HEE HEE.

Let me crap about how lousy today was. First lesson: CHINESE. Great. I was sooo looking forward towards it.

ASSEMBLY. Death. Learnt about character and Emergency Evacuation. Practically slept through the whole talk until some teacher dressed in a french dress (Syl's description) came and reprimanded us. The only new thing that I learnt was that if we ever took more than 5 minutes to reach the hall for assembly, we would have detention until 2. oO. interesting. I didn't know Dunman had detention. I wonder what would happen if the whole school is under detention. o.o

History was next. Christopher Colombus and whether he should be honoured. Just by reading the notes (the short one), I think he is overrated. But after listening to Marcus and En Zhi crap about how great he was, I thought that he was not that bad after all. (:
At least this year's history isn't as bad as last year when we spent almost the whole semester learning about why we should study history. -.-

It was the FIRST Bilingual Programme lesson we had since the start of 2008 and it definitely wasn't nice ok. Let's not mind about the super strict rules of the teacher. Let's talk about the project. I wonder what's the problem with having our own groups. Why must we let the BP rep and the ex-BP rep group us? So of course, we have some out IN casts in our class and they are not welcomed. So we practically spent like 15 minutes deciding the groups..... zZz. And when the teacher said that she wanted the students to be seated for the FIRST TIME, I was lagging. I had to turn the chair around and when I was turning it like 45 degrees, she asked those who were S.T.A.N.D.I.N.G to go to the front. HELLO? She said it only ONCE and she said that she said it like millions of times. Eww. Teri, Sylvia and I stood in front like some nut of course. I was sneezing.... -.-

The nice librarian just helped me scan and print (: HEE HEE.

The last few days were quite ok. Except that we had two days of three periods of Chinese IN A ROW and of course it isn't good. Tomorrow would be Chinese again. ): Two periods though.
I wonder what's with the school. They line up the lessons like you're queuing up for lunch or something. We had maths the whole week except friday. That's so insane. Indices are ok if you grasp the concept. But I doubt i understand it fully. Luckily, I'm SITTING IN FRONT so I just need to raise my voice a little. If I were sitting at the back, I bet the teacher must have pretended that she didn't see me so that she need not walk all the way to the back.

And yes, I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE that i'm sitting in front and I'm going to stone there for like one more term. There are loads of pros and cons though:
Pros:
- You need not repeat your answer because the teacher will definitely hear it.
- You don't need to strain your eyes. INstead, you would go blind cos the screen is practically in front of you.
- You get the least crumpled piece of paper or the paper which is in the best condition.
- the teacher attends to you first when you have queries. You need not wait for the WHOLE WORLD to be attended to before you are.
- There's not a need to raise up your hand and go saying TEACHER, I CAN'T HEAR YOU. CAN YOU REPEAT WHAT YOU SAID? because you can hear every goddamn word that is being said.

Ah ha. That was long. Now the Cons. HAHA

Cons:
- You can't talk. Yes, TALK. Because the bloody room is so tinnyy and you can even hear a mouse. Whispering would be talking.
- You can't secretly SMS or something because HARLO? YOU ARE SITTING IN FRONT OF THE TEACHER
- When you are just mouthing something or like talking to yourself, the teacher would go: HUH CHRISTINA? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?, and you have to say NOTHING. That would be so embarrassing.
- You have to pass the paper down the row. But if you are smart, just like me, you can ask your partner to do so (:
- You have to turn around when it comes to doing project work in fours. Usually, in the past, I would have waited for the front row to turn around and I can just sit at my seat, not moving at all.

Can't think of anymore cons. Would be adding on to the list if I ever remember yea (:
I'm just complaining about everything yea. I wonder why I'm so-not-happy with my life recently.

My seniors rock! Won 2 matches in the row. HAHA. Won the match again Tanjong Katong and Manjusri. The match against Manjusri was super nerve-recking. We were losing in the last minute and WOOOSH! Grace choinged and scored like 10 points? And we won!!
Rachel and i were practically dancing at the second floor and gleeing with joy. I was so nervous that I forgot to move the video-camera and the video cam was stoning at an empty court. HEE.
I hope nobody scolds me. (:

2. To do a left-hand layup properly.
WALAO. So diiao. Can't even do it properly at this age yea? I don't know why.

3. To save enough money
HAHA. THis is the most impossible out of the three resolutions. I want a new slingbag, cos my bag is too small. A new wallet, because mine gets dirty too easily and it makes NOISE. Ha. And a new water bottie because apparently, when I suck water from it, the teacher can hear it. zZz. And a basketball net!! HAHA.

I don't know why I'm so hyper about birthdays this year. Maybe because Huiwen and Jacob both got their birthdays known. I also want it too (: heehee.
Sylvia plus caris plus people were wishing Huiwen happy birthday. hah. She announced it through MSN. I didn't know that was her birthday though. Jacob had his pressie. I hope Sylvia has hers too. She's older than me if I'm not wrong.

And it's a new week again. Two more matches and more homework to come.
French is getting more and more difficult. I wonder what's wrong with MOE, asking us to learn such DIFFICULT stuff in just the second year of french learning. Even toddlers learn easier stuff even at the age of 6. We learnt four types of verbs, present tense, past time, past participle and command. Now we are going to learn FUTURE TENSE. Crazy arh?

This blog was dead for 2 exact months with useless spammed crap posts. Now, I'm finally back but I guess all my readers flew FAR FAR AWAY. Well, quite great. I can crap whatever I want.

Just came back from French lesson with Monsieur Huet. He's quite a nice and good French teacher. Not strict but attentive. Good luh. If only he could improve his English. I always remember the first lesson when he was explaining this french word in English.

That was so damn hilarious ok. At that time though.
Then arrived home at 8 with a painful stomachache due to the GREAT traffic jam. I hate traffic jams. Screw my stomach up. Then I felt weird and for no reason, I cried. KEE SIIAO. Maybe the feeling was too weird. Or perhaps I was yawning then tears dropped. Not too bad though, just a lone tear (:

Then walked home reallyyyy slowly. Don't know what's the problem; my knee or my stomach. My body is failing me ):

2nd day of 2008 started with me waking up at 5:15 a.m. feeling weird. Didn't sleep well the previous day. Slacked all the way. I was almost late for school anyway. Standard.

Then Mr Sng gave a speech, thank god it wasn't long. Then the year 1 pinned their badges and we proceeded to the hall to listen to ANOTHER talk regarding Dunman High Programme 2.0. (:
The name's funny, like some Microsoft programme.
The programme isn't nice ok. It sounds stressful.
And I'm jealous of the 3 sec 1 classes who get free laptops.

Then it was recess but we didn't eat. Stayed in the CRAMPED room talking. It was COLLLDD. I'm going to bring a windbreaker if not I die of frostbites. (:

Miss Kheng came in to settle some admin stuff. It was boring.
I hate feeling bored.

Then the SFs came and we played games. That was the only fun thing I guess. Though i was very slow and always caused the person in front of me to get hit when we were playing double wacko.

Ate lunch and went to the library to spent 3 hours there. Practically waited for time to pass.

Then went to buy a drink and I was off to MOE LC.

THE FIRST SCHOOL DAY WAS SPENT LIKE THIS.
I can't believe this.

Today we played like 6 maths games and I thought it was rather siians. We lost most of the times and some of the games were like crap. But I thought the Dominoes and Wilson's game were nice. The game using the Game of Life rule is like errr.r..... not even related to Maths?
And we lost that, so I'm super not happy.

The past 3 days were part of Xperience which we paid $2, while the rest of the fee was subsidised by the school.
The first day was Xplosion or Xperience. Not sure. We learnt the difficulties faced by the handicapped and it was quite fun.

It started with charade. Quite stupid. I was doing Boring movie using hand signs and it turned out to be HIP HOP.
I can't believe it.
we lost to 1I in the challenge cos we talked to the last person while 1I got it completely right without cheating.

Then we had to do 3 different activities against 1L. They gave us some WEIRD GLASSES which had a transparent plastic that was doodled with black marker and had a green piece of paper covering it. There were only 3 PATHETIC HOLES in it and we HAD TO SEE THROUGH THOSE.

1. write and read a passage
2. fold 15 aeroplanes / 5 cranes
3. pass a ball using a non-master hand

First day

We played with the i-dont-know-what-the-name-is. It was balancing something that looked similar to weights on a string. AND EW, I ain't good at that.
Then was stupid juggling.
And then that stupid thing again.

And I don't like the guy that supposedly dropped out of primary school and takes juggling as his occupation now. He talks super loudly and thinks he is amusing....
WHICH HE ISN'T

I wouldn't be SO PROUD if I dropped out of school and have an occupation that earns not-so-much and isn't really very common, though it's quite unique.
I think proclaiming that you have a bloody good cert would be much better than announcing to the whole world that you have dropped out of school.
Though the first one super show-off la. (:

I thought the two coaches for the balancing thing were quite nice. (:
Juggling just sucks.
I can do the wrong method but not the right one.

We were supposed to wait until about 12:30 before we could leave school. Balled with Rene and Jiaqi. After a while, we went to ball with Jubix people. It was super fun.
Rene and Jiaqi then treated me to ban mian and we were just in time to watch the third quarter of the basketball match of Year 4 DHS basketballers VS Alumni basketballers. We thought it started at 3 but it turned out to start just about 20 minutes after we left. Or was it 10? o.0

The basketballers were trashed man. Even after the coach and Mr Low went up to play. =( And the senior citizens played damn well. Their speed was like so..........

I'm jealous.

Then the final score was 88 - 67 I think.

Balled again and went home with Rene after her irritating pestering.

Second day:

The next day was like shit. Skipping was first. They spent a bloody long time arranging us in NEAT COLUMNS AND ROWS. I didn't really like the male trainer cos he treated us like soldiers and that we were in some stupid army and he was the commander. I just don't like the tone he commanded us in. I know, we were very rowdy and took like 5 minutes to FINALLY UNDERSTAND what he was talking about but that didn't give him the right to shout at us.
We have to be spoken nicely to (:

I wished we dragged the time longer though.

Then skipped and skipped.

I can't believe people take skipping as a profession.
I know skipping is a CCA in primary school but it isn't in secondary school. And I doubt anybody would want to learn how to do stunts with a skipping rope at an older age.

Next was hip-hop dance. Aw man, the black guy rocked. He was super flexible and I loved his making of waves using his hand.

It's just so.... AWWW

I can't dance. But I appreciate dance (:
The whole thing ended off well with 3 different coaches dancing 3 different types of dance. MTV dance, Breakdance and street dancing (:

Balled for quite some time before some PE teacher came and shoo-ed us out because we were apparently late for some kinda of talk.
Sat at the back behind the tallies of 1L.

Was feeling super thirsty so I borrowed a mineral water bottle from Teri and opened the cap before going back to my seat. For some reasons, Sylvia SNATCHED the bottle by SQUEEZING IT.

And piew! Water spilled over some guy. (don't know how to spell his name. heheheh).
Then it was presentation by Jalan boy and he gave out sushi. Everybody was practically fighting over it. And according to Rachel during basketball training, the sushi tasted like shit because of the wrong usage of rice. She said it was gluey and everything negative.
And a sushi was wasted when some idiot threw it and the receiver didn't catch it. So in the end, the POOR sushi became a basketball (:

Basketball training next. Da Shermaine came. Jiao lian didn't. I said something embarrassing. ):

3rd day

Making of pottery at Dragon Kiln!
The start of the day sucked because of mosquitoes biting my legs. Had about 6 mosquito bites. Then they let us watch some video in a room with fans which were not turned on and some pathetic chairs. The guys snatched almost all the chairs so we had to stand. Stupid Sing Rue was jumping about and in the end she SWEATED like she didn't sweat before. (:

Made an ugly-looking "pot" and a pig which looked retarded. Waited for a bloody 1 hour for the stupid bus which apparently lost its way.
Balled.

Yesterday was super shiok. Treated Meng to KFC and played ball for a teeny weeny bit of time and stressed. (: As in played stress. Almost won but her stupid piano teacher came. =( Then I balled.
I love the half-court. Super pretty

Then went to Punggol Plaza to buy her cake and bought a drink from sweettalk.

The morning was ok too. Xperience was rather fun.

We played the er-i-don't-know-what game. It was just passing a message down using actions. IT WAS BORING.

Then it was some blind game activities. We had to write and read through a pathetic "glasses" and fold aeroplanes and throw balls.
I wrote the words and threw the ball to Shu Jun. I think I folded about 2 aeroplanes. (:

Then it was WHEELCHAIR!!
This was the coolest thing ever. My arms were aching at the end but we won the challenge anyway. Threw in some balls into the pail =D

Blind soccer was LAME and STUPID. Nobody won though. Caris was stupid kicking the ball out repeatedly. Her starting of the ball was STUPID and lousy. HEHEHH. But it was super hilarious. (:

Then it was a super long talk. Quite boring. .............................
Then a game that was super long. felt rather guilty when I threw lousy dices but it was ok anyway. (: We got 2nd

I'm tired now. Guess I'll reply tags tomorrow. And erh, I think this blog post super siian.

Yay. Just a few more days before school COMPLETELY ENDS.
This is just so cool. (:

This morning did not start well. I was IN the MRT station when I realised that my file wasn't with me. As we were supposed to bring the stupid Chinese examination papers which he obviously did not collect, I HAD TO BRING THEM TODAY no matter what. And damnit, I wasted 50 cents.

Spent a whole bloody 20 minutes detouring home and back. Luckily, my father hadn't gone to work so he just passed me my file (:
If not I had to open the gate, take off my shoes, take off my socks, rush to the table, take the file, put on my socks, put on my shoes, close the door

(: Saved quite a lot of time, considering that I tie my shoelaces T.W.I.C.E.
hehe

But I wasn't late for school though. (: Thanks to the fast train. I thought I would be late or at least rather late and disgrace myself by running to the front during assembly.

I.T. was quite fun cos I slacked. Was so bored that I played neopets. Haha, our school computers suck. Lag like hell and the animation was soooooo SLLOOWWW.
Then Yvon went crazy with the linking and I learnt a little of CSS. Quite similar to blogging though. (:
For once, Sylvia and Sing Rue did not shout for my name. (: Cos Syl forgot to bring her thumbdrive and their documents weren't found in the computer. Caris and Cherisse's one too. I think an idiot purposely deleted them away or the teacher just did a clean-up. But the other documents were there.

LA rocked with Ms Kheng letting us play a game. Quite fun la. (: And Yvon's group was like damn robotic la. Guessed everything right and fast. For eg.

I HAVE FINALLY FINISHED MY HOMEWORK!
I can't believe I completed my maths worksheets, both Volume and Surface Area and Area and Perimeter Assignment 2.
What's more, I have managed to complete the REsearch STudies powerpoint slides, which is about 60 pages long! (:
Rushed through the powerpoint slides and instructions for the group members yesterday until 12am. Though I managed to sleep at 12:30.

Woke up today feeling lethargic and wanted to sleep more. But knowing how much I slack and daydream, I managed to PULL MYSELF up and at least get back to life. It was a super damn nice dream, I was dreaming about the Hongkong Comedy To catch the Uncatchables. Yesterday was the last episode. I didn't like the ending though I thought it made me feel nostalgic. But nevertheless, it was a marvellous show. =D

Today was practically crap.
School started with me getting caught by a teacher for not wearing the tie properly. Gah, i don't like wearing the tie, it makes me feel stuffy. I did not button the first button, that's all. I tighted the tie very tightly though. :)

Then it was the 45 minutes of Mr Sng's talk about the discipline in school. I thought it was rather weird and boring though I thought that what he said was quite sound.

BLAH

And then it was stupid CHINESE. I tell you, I HATE MY CHINESE TEACHER TO THE CORE. Just like how I hate poetry to the core and it's not IRONY OR SARCARSM. IT'S THE TRUTH.

He was telling us how he would deduct our marks from the exams through the non-paper-and-ink marking scheme and how he would mark more strictly during the examinations to lower our marks for those who don't really pay attention in class.
There he was, praising our class chairperson and telling us how we could improve ourselves and how GREAT he was at finding somebody's errors.

DAMN HIM.

And the whole lesson was full of "fierceness".
Gah, can't bother to elaborate.

Then school blahed and it was soon Chinese Opera time. I was practically talking or sleeping through the whole thing and I didn't really understand what they were talking about. Nevermind, I don't have the chinese talent. >.<

Last few days were crap. It was as if I did not have any time for myself. Gah, but it's always good for a recount to keep in touch with my life and get to understand how little time i've for myself to slack. Or at least chat.

Yesterday was stupid:

french control test

LA poetry slam

. Two only, but they're enough to make hell for my life.

Let me start with LA poetry slam which was founded by Chris-Mooney Singh in Singapore. We were class 1K, the first group in our class to perform but the third last class (Since Caris's group was behind us).

We were rather panicky about whether we would be able to perform at our best, or we would stutter and stammer, while making a great damn fool of ourselves.

Luckily, we didn't.

I sort-of pitied the people who could not remember their lines. some were rather confident, though their voices were shaking. i could understand their feelings, being on the stage, looking down at hundreds of faces staring at you, as if you were a peculiar cow. (hehe, title of Enid Blyton's book. It was the first one that I read, written by Enid Blyton but of course=D )

Feeling extremely terrible that you could not remember your lines is already bery bad, negative audience's response would make it even worse.

Jubix was very bad. In fact, the worst. Although we sort-of like smiled meekly when the speaker forgot her lines, we were not as bad as them. Especially for Wilson and Gordon. Yeah, it's bad mouthing something bad about somebody I know and another from the same CCA, but I just thought that they were pure bad and evil so it's not an offence to voice my opinions here.

They practically let out their LOUD laughter whenever somebody erred. I guess they were too confident of their classmates since they believed greatly that their TALENTED classmates would not make such a silly mistake.

AND YES, THEY DID NOT MAKE ANY MISTAKES They really did not and that isn't sarcastic. In fact, I thought they were very organised and loud, though I felt that the topic was not one that is suitable for poetry writing.

They did not laugh at any of the groups from our class or 1L, which was damn great. They looked practically shocked when the judges showed higher scores (as a matter of fact, we had the highest scores until the last 2 groups). Guess who had the last laugh? >.<

We emerged as the first-runners up, parring with Caris's team. 1L clinched champions. I thought their poem was really long and hyper though a little sick. For example, they had lines like, SQUEEZE THE ORANGE, SQUEEZE, SQUEEZE THE ORANGE......

Well you know what they are talking about. Yepp, the breasts. obviously, those who laughed were guys.
Gah, I think I gave a whole damn lot of details. And guess what the prize was?
$10 book voucher and a consent form for the heats I am so not going to comment on this


After research studies which was practically 10 minutes long since the poetry thingalicious took up most of the time, it was FRENCH CONTROL TEST. All our death period =(

Saw Meng in her Nanyang basketball jersey and thought that Nan Chiau's jersey still look the best. IT RAWKS. We chatted about everything under the sun, from Nixon Tay and Joey to her basketball match against RGS. hahas, BGR. I mean the former.

Then it was the 2-hour test. Frankly speaking, I did not really think it was difficult but I thought the listening comprehension disgusted me out TOTALLY. The speakers sounded stupid with the loud feedback and many technical problems.

But it was still rather okay.


2 days ago was "basketball practice". NOT when I'm not in it, training and sweating. We watched the year 1s boys play against some ancient, unknown people from Hongkong. The boys trashed them by 20 points. Hehe. WE RAWK. (:

Stupid rachel was down with flu and fever so she accompanied me on the bennch, doing algebraic questions. I thought that was rather stupid and idiotic but nevermind. We began to be silly and talked crap. Did some unsuccessful synchronized ball handling. I think I overstretched my left arm but I'll do something to it. =D

It was also English test summary. Not too bad I guess. i was like finding more words to make the passage longer and when I found the right words that would substantiate the whole damn passage, I overshot the word limit by 20. It's a miracle how many ENGLISH WORDS you can write in a seemingly short passage. judging from that, I think this blog post has exceeded 500 words.

Blah, life is not so monotonous and mundane this week but I hope this would continue. If only the sissy teacher would stop his praise for the professionals and his past students and concentrate on teaching the complete noobs for chinese well, I think I would not dread his lessons SO MUCH.

OH yeah, parents child day. Seriously, I thought that was crap.

PURPOSE OF PARENTS child day:
to bond the parent and the child while letting the parent get to know about the child's progress in school

yeah? I need to bond more with my dad? Hello, we always discuss about news and quarrel over musical stuff. he likes those old old singers and starts criticizing those new ones, comparing them to his idols. Hehe, sometimes it's rather fun. But he likes 落叶归根 (luo4 ye4 gui1 gen1) by Wang Lee Hom, one of the new songs in his newest album. I thought the song was rather boring and simple, but well, weird people like weird stuff.

For the "class eating party", I contributed seaweed chicken, which was the most welcomed =D The whole 50 seaweed chicken were finished and the cooking? THANKS TO MY DAD!!



Frankly speaking, I think seaweed chicken is the best finger food ever, though it's expensive.

Gah, I think I gonna end the post here. My life is really screwed up now. My knees're shit, my homework can't seem to be on time though sometimes the homework is unnecessary, I don't seem to be doing anything constructive. Playing basketball IS constructive but I can't play.

yesterday was the gathering our IDMI (Interdisciplinary Multiple Intelligence week)group had. Intelligence huh? I don't have any.

Initially, we (Teri, Sing Rue, En Zhi, Tabitha and I) chose to meet at the National Library but changed our minds because the National Library is super duper quiet. SO in the end, we flocked to McDonalds.

Everything sucked.

I can't believe I procrastinated for 5 days and have not finished my french homework. I'm going to chiong it today and the IDMI thing tomorrow. My scanner can't work. URGH.
And I still have a science report to do. I CAN"T BELIEVE THIS.

Currently, life is boring except the few science lessons I had. >.<>Experiment: Making a quail egg jump
Method:

1. put a quail egg in a beaker
2. cover the quail egg with acid (HCL) completely.
   After a while, carbon dioxide will generate on the top of the quail egg and the skin of the quail egg will slowly peel off and what's left is a jumping quail egg!
3. Stir the acid with the egg with a glass rod
4. Immerse the egg into water and wait for a few days before you get a really JUMPY quail egg!!

This is a stupid list since it has only three numbers but it was really fun. I forgot to take the picture where my quail egg was really foaming but I tried my best. Lovies to Mrs Chu who allowed me to take pictures. =DD


I took my egg too early before the whole shell has pealed off. Kind Huiwen let me use her beaker of acid.So there's two cute eggs!!

See the foam?? It has sort-of died down. You should have seen the puffy one, it was super scary and looked as if it was going to savour the whole pathetic cutey egg. The liquid is acid.


Looking from the top... (= Every angle of the egg is cute and round and yellow and nice. =D


After you clear the acid, this is what it looks like. It's rather evening spread out though. And the skin's jumpy =DD It's sort-of soft and would go back to it's original shape after you "squeezed" it. Of course, you can't expect it to be as flexible as sponge!! Be gentle.

After that, we had to clean the egg with water. =DD

Yay!! I finally finished my student portfolio and finding the articles for my stupid hazard log. I don't get it. Why must we do unnecessary stuff??

It has been a rather long time sine I blogged. Business cum laziness = no blog post.

And I don't think I updated my chinese blog. Grrr. I gonna do them during the weekends and stop procrastinating.

I still have a chinese worksheet and a maths assignment in front of me. I can't believe I procrastinated this long. I would be napping and eating in class tomorrow again. =((

I can't believe, i REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE that Mr Lim caught me eating. Really. My stomach was growling and I just wanna eat to keep me awake and he just caught me. But he asked in a very nice tone: "Did you just put a biscuit in your mouth?"

Everyone was laughing like hell and I laughed my ass out too. =D But nevermind, I shall know that there are other methods to stay awake. Like sleeping earlier, but this would never work for me.

hahas. We won during the match against SAC. I know it isn't really great since Dunman Sec and CHong Cheng trashed them but well, they're fast. Ours see strategy de.... =D and I can't swing the ball fast enough. GRRR. Anyway, we won by 1 point and jiao lian said that many people were surprised that we could win. Walao, how can they look down on us? BLOODY HELL.

Yesterday's the day I spent the MOST MONEY

I CAN'T BELIEVE I TOOK THE WRONG JERSEY!!
I mean, I'm either really stupid or careless. I put Nan Chiau's jersey together with Dunman's one. AH yahs, nice what. All basketball stuff in a drawer. You know, my kneeguard, my face towel, my warm-up tee. It's nice and cool. =DD
Then I think I took Nan Chiau's one and I only realised that when I changed. IT was just so unbelievable. In the end, JIngmei and I took a cab to my house and to Fengshan CC where the competition was held. The trip there cost me $13.50 and the trip to Bedok was $7.10. I can just remember so clearly. And I just paid Jingmei $15 dollars. I'm really broke. In just the first few days of the month. =((

I wish Santa was here. Then I can get a money tree. In England's currency. I wonder what you call that but I know their exchange rate is like S$3 = their one dollar.

So shiok. =DD

Anyway, after the whole match, Jingmei, Jiaqi, Rene and I went to TM and had ice kachang and roti prata. Actually it's paper prata. >.< I bought a almond jelly and it wasn't WORTH IT. $2, they trying to rob all my money away is it?
However, we didn't really enjoy the whole eating process because Jiaqi lost her brand new phone that is like about 1month old?? I can't believe that she could lose a $500++ phone in lesser than 2 months. Hope she learns a lesson not to bring her phone to the toilet. =DD

Then JIngmei and I took a bus from TM to Sengkang! She had no homework so we went to ball. Argh, I know this is bad to like go against the seniors but I really wanted to train. I didn't like match or anything, just ball handling and doing some sit-ups. Plus I didn't really have much homework and it would be weird to go home so early. I wouldn't have anything to do!! ARGH. Hope Qianye understands... =DD And I don't understand why Ms Lim doesn't allow us to ball, giving the reason that we have a competition two days later.
There's a training the next day, so what's the difference?? >.< I don't understand, but I know I wanna ball. =D

TODAY

GAHHH. I looked weird today when I went to school because I had a carry a bag-carrier or whatever you called that which contained 3 balls. And I had a sling-bag with me so everything just looks weird. =(( Everyone kept staring at me. I DON'T LIKE IT.

Training was rather fun. Jiao Lian was funny. and evil though. =D The year 3 seniors were super yong gong, chionging all the way. I hope our team's like that. We'll still train after the competitions... =D And bond together. There's still some uncleared misunderstandings though.... =(( Clear them as soon as possible!! =DD

TOmorrow, we would be against Dunman Sec. Let's hope that we put up a good match. That's what the most important. =DD

School started rather well, although I was rather late... =D Then we had Maths, Science and yeah, Chinese.

Then I played basketball with Elizabeth, Comint, Rachel, Novia and Felicia. No sec 1s stayed back. They claimed to be hungry and wanted to eat something but I was wondering: Didn't they eat in school? Then they said that they ate sushi. Duh. Diiao. Sushi ISN'T NICE AT ALL. And it steals your money ALL AWAY man.

OKayy, I feel happier now. BEcause I got my allowance for next month and I'm going to pay Jingmei some money. THen i'm free of my debt once again!! OOOOO!! I love this day of the month man. THen my dad fetched me from Fengshan CC after I practised shooting for a while. Then went home, ate, played the com, and slept. It's boring. =( I wanna shoot. people. money. and basketball nets. =D

YOUTH DAY 2007

Firstly, HAPPY YOUTH DAY youths! This is my first time celebrating youth day, and saying goodbye to CHildren's day. =D It's feels great although I don't feel a difference. Siian.

the school organised a concert and some games booths for us but I only attended the concert. THen I went to ball with my team and our seniors. =D I didn't bother to play any games and the queue was long. I don't wanna wait.
After playing basketball for about 2-3 hours, Comint, Rachel, Jingmei, Jiaqi, Rene and I went to Bedok to watch the boys play. Jiaqi went for her piano lessons.

The match was rather well-played in my opinon, but the coach for the guys weren't satisfied. According to the seniors, they played lower than their usual standard but who cares? They won. =D

Then Comint, Qianye and I went to ball. I'm always balling. I love to ball. We saw some guys who dropped down from the sky and we decided to play with them. =D Then I shot in some goals and shot. The chopping feeling is cool.

At about 6pm, Chermaine came back from her O-levels oral and the seniors went home. I stayed back to ball at the basketball court that was behind Fengshan CC for about 15 minutes then went to take shelter at Fengshan CC after that. Then balled again since there was a shelter and my dad came to fetch me.

He was there niiao-ing about me balling too much and said that I should rest at home or something like that. Resting at home is boring and it only makes me a pig. Fullstop. Nevermind, anyway, I shut up and let him niiao-ed all the way.

Actually, I wanted to visit Nan Chiau since I suddenly felt like walking around for a few minutes but since the procedure was long and sucked totally, I decided to throw that idea away. I hate the PROCEDURE. Sucks.

I gonna go watch TV now. There's a rather nice show on Channel U. C.I.D I think. =D It looks funny. The cops' clothing looks like a diva entering a fashion show. I like that. =))

Will update the chinese version for fun tomorrow I guess. And I think my computer crashed. =(( Using my dad's one. The start-up didn't work and my dad is going to kill me.
